I hope not, everything else seems to work, just not the default image. I suppose I could just work around it by providing an image for every single post, but hopefully it’s a quick and easy fix and doesn’t cause anyone too many problems.

Unfortunately, it appears that with Wordpress 2.9.2, there are problems, the theme no longer displays the thumbnail-default.jpg image. Is there a way to fix that?

Question for The Creator (of Revolt): I am using the theme and like it, but how do I choose the image that will represent each post on the homepage? Sometimes it skips my images and puts a newspaper placeholder image, and sometimes it chooses one of my images at what seems to be random to me. Hi Nenad, i’m stil going strong with your theme.

But i’l found a bug in “search.php” when you type in the search window for ex. ‘wd32d” >enter. You are coming on the NOT FOUND page, when you are there the ‘text-goback.gif’ and the ‘text-contact’ dasent appeard. Try it your self on this page.

I’l FIXed the bug en will send it by Email …… to you|> For all the REVOLT lovers.

As for changing the email, make change in following files: index.php, archive.php, search.php, and single.php. Look for following text: a href=”javascript:location.href=(’mailto’ + ‘:your@’ + ‘email.com’)”> and change “your” and “email.com” to match your email (ie. ‘remko@’+'remko.com’). This is made complicated so that spam robots couldn’t retrieve your email automatically. Hope this helps

Hi Afhatt -> I haven’t tested the theme on WordPress versions older than 2.7, so part of the problems should be related to your version of WP (like for comments not showing up).
As for the front page, the text below the paragraph is an EXCERPT, and not >read more< text of the post. This theme is aimed at mostly graphical content and therefore is very customized, but I am preparing a version of the theme which is more “classic” word press. Soon will be released on WordPress themes downloads.

but hmn… dunno why the themes cannot works well on my blog. it will show all entry paragraph instead of [Read More] after few lines. And when clicking into an entry, the leave comments page will missing, user cannot post message. and another problems is it shows 10 entry instead of nine.
i guess maybe it is due to:
1. UTF8 charactor set problem
2. my older version 2.3.1 of wordpress.

i’ll try to open up the codes these few days and figure it out, besides upgrading the wordpress to latest version.
